Terms and Conditions.


Secure Booking date & Time:

50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your booking for your session.


Travel:

Please note a Travel fee of $50 if location is more than 30kms from Redbank Plains if client pick a location.


LATE:

Please ensure you arrive on time to your session. If you are more then 15mins late to your session it will be taken out of your session time.


Social Media:

Please note your photos will also be posted on my social media accounts to show case my work. If you do not wish for me to post your images, then please advised me when you book your session.


Cancellations & refunds:

Your Session can be rescheduled or cancelled last minute if its due a family emergency, state lock down or have given me 2 weeks notice prior to your session date. If you have paid your session in full, we will refund your money back, less the deposit fee as its non-refundable.


Please note that if you're feeling unwell or sick then reschedule your session a week prior to your session date.


Photographers rights:

Please note that I have every right to leave or terminate the session if clients are unwell and haven't notified me prior to your session or if my client has put me in a position I don't feel safe in.
